4. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for:

  • Providing Accurate Information: Ensuring all details about your move, such as addresses, dates, and the number of items to be moved, are correct.
  • Preparing for the Move: Ensuring that all items to be moved are packed, labeled, and ready for transport on the scheduled moving day.
  • Access and Parking: Providing adequate access to your property for our movers, including parking spaces for our moving trucks. Any issues with access or parking must be communicated to us prior to the move.
  • Valuable and Fragile Items: Notifying us of any particularly valuable or fragile items that may require special care or attention during the move.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, you must notify Belleview Movers at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your move, we will try to accommodate your request based on availability. Any changes to the original booking may incur additional charges.

6. Liability and Damages

While we take the utmost care in handling your belongings, Belleview Movers is not responsible for any damages to items that are not properly packed or that are inherently fragile or prone to damage. We recommend purchasing moving insurance for high-value or delicate items.

  • Limitation of Liability: Belleview Movers will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability for loss or damage to your goods will be limited to the replacement or repair costs, in accordance with our standard insurance policy.

7. Insurance

Belleview Movers offers moving insurance coverage options to protect your belongings during transit. Insurance coverage is available for an additional fee and may be required for high-value items. Customers are encouraged to review insurance options and choose the coverage that best suits their needs.
